Consultation Services

All consultation bookings are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours before session: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• 24-48 hours before session: 50% refund or reschedule with a $100 fee
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund available

Program Services (Make More Offer Solutions)

For our intensive programs, cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before the first session for a full refund. After the program has commenced, refunds are not available.

Please include your order confirmation or Stripe receipt number when contacting us. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
